You can get to Sakhalin via airplanes from Moscow, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Seoul, Tokyo and Sapporo etc.

Upon arrival at the airport, you can get to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk center via buses №63, №8 and №3 or take a taxi.
Being on Sakhalin, you could also visit Kuril Islands*. There are 2 ways to get access to them:

2) Via Aurora Airlines planes
