CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment.
In order to pay with a credit card you should push the “Payment with a credit card” button at the corresponding page.
The payment is made through authentification server of Bank processing center with the use of credit cards of the following payment systems:
To make payment you will be transferred to the payment gate of PAO “Sberbank” to enter the details of your card. Please, get your credit card ready in advance. Connection with payment gate and data transfer is made with the use of SSL encryption protocol in protected mode.
In case your bank supports the technology of safe internet-payment Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, in order to make payment password entry may be required. You can get more information, regarding the variants and possibilities of receiving the passwords for internet-payments, at the bank, where your card was issued.
The following site supports the 256-bit encryption. The privacy of personal data is provided by PAO “Sberbank”. Personal information will not be submitted to third parties aside from the cases that are set forth by Russian legislation. Making payments through credit cards is made with a close compliance with requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl. payment systems.
By paying for our services with credit card, you agree with terms and conditions of the Agreement, sent to you via e-mail. Any changes or service cancellation are made according to the conditions of the Agreement.
Should you decide to cancel the service or change its conditions, you must send a written request to the e-mail of our company and enter: number of the Agreement, passport data of the client and passport data of tourists.
In case of refund, if you decide to cancel the service or the cost of the service is reduced, you can be penalized in accordance with the actual expenses of tour operator (if there are any).
The money would be refunded to your credit card.
